Gnutella Forums - anybody else pay for PRO 3 times?

Big fan of Limewire so I auntied up and bought PRO...buuutttt....I didn't need it to HIT my credit card 3 times...and there isn't anyone to contact about that. LW sent a "customer service" email and i got back a "too many issues and we can't help you right now" FORM email with no contact info, no phone number no customer service.

And what's REALLY weird is that the link WON'T work so not ONLY do I NOT have PRO but I have PAID for a product 3 times and I can't even use it.

is there help here? is there ANYONE else who's had this happen? I wanna HAVE Pro but not this way.

I'm on a MAC, running 0sX 10.4, if that helps at all. :(
