 software download legal question does anybody know ricky it is to dowload software? is it more or leww likely to be prosecuted than MP3 downloads?  |

| Oops--watch for a scam. See here for lots of warnings, and post there if you find out ricky is risky http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=24819 filesharing software is legal, but look for the small print that says you are responsible if you download infringing material. |
