Can't Install Java!

Ever since I dowloaded limewire my java was messed up. Now I tried unistalling java and installing it but it won't recongize the file and I think I'm screwed! Please someone help:(

Thanks man, but its still not working. My computer can't recgonize the file when I try opening it... I have a feeling I have to reformat my computer :(
