Glad you brought this up - I'm sure that what you say is true because two items on my download list have been trickling down to my computer at a few k per second (if that) for the last 2 days. After reading the info on the site you mentioned, I've changed the listening port from its default value, and the two downloads are now streaming down at 30KB/s each, no problems

Ta for the info, hope changing your default listening port has the same effect !
