Gnutella Virii?

At least 1 servent I've tried (gnotella I believe) reported in it's stats page that it filtered out gnutella viruses..

What kind of virus would it be stopping? Are these just self-contained on the gnutella network (like making you disconnect from other peers or some such), or are they "real" viruses?
