Uploads aborting...

Almost every upload I have on Phex aborts before it starts, and the ones that do start never complete, they hit 3,050B and then say Aborted. If I raise the upload bandwidth limit from 16kB/s on phex to unlimited, every download now goes to 16,384B before it says aborted.

On Cabos the story is similar... every upload gets to 2.2kB and says completed! All of my files are definately over 2.2kB, and I find it fishy that it's at exactly 2.2kB every time. If I set upload bandwidth to 100%, they do the same exact thing except at 7.0kB instead.

I was going to try gnucleus, but it doesn't connect to any g1 node after two hours of being open...

I have the port opened in Windows Firewall, 21772 TCP. Additionally, the Shareaza connection test says it recieved a response so I know I'm not firewalled... I'm connected directly to my cable modem.

I formatted this PC about a week ago. The only firewall software is Windows Firewall. I tried exiting Avast! antivirus but that didn't help.

(I've used the lvllord utility to up SP2's limit from 10 to 500.)

Here's the general idea of the problem...

That happens to me alot on limewire.. some idiot tries to download from me and it immediately says "transfer interrupted" or it will be 30-40% done and say it is complete

I thought that was because of fools downloading certain parts of files from multiple sources but most of the files I have don't exist anywhere else

Well, for me, it's always at the same size that it happens, I doubt 200 different people (ip addresses) are sitting there and clicking abort when it reaches the same exact size (~16kB), down to the last byte.

My downloads seem to be fine... so, I guess I can just keep being a bad sharer until someone knows how to fix this. I don't have any shitware on this system, it's well secured. There are no winsock lsps or anything of the like other than the ones windows installs, the only programs that really touch anything that could break this are avast and peerguardian, and exiting both of them didn't help at all.
