is lime wire illeagal coz on another forum i asked bout limewire and my thread got shut off and the ppl sed that limewire is illeagal can ne one tell me if it is true

Limewire is p2p software, what it does is it links you to millions of other computers with p2p software all over the world...Now you can download what people choose to share, be it a new and upcomming band that wants to get their music out there or pictures from around the world, they would be classified as non copyright material...But there are people who share copyright material such as movies and music and programs, the list goes on..
What you choose to download is up to you, so the choice is yours and the responsibility is as well....Limewire is not responsible for the decisions you make or what you choose to share or download, it just provides you with a program....

It's illegal to download and share any sort of copyright material, but the laws can vary from country to country....

Then you get classified as a freeloader and alot of people get really irate at freeloaders and can block you from uploading from them...

so wot is the point of limewire then

lol...lets put it this way make sure you share something and try to stay under 1000 files and you should be right....;)

At the bottom of the Limewire page there is a globe and next to that is a number thats the amount of files you have in your shared folder, also in the library it will give you the names of the files you are sharing....

so to share music i have to click the globe

You dont click the globe the number is next to it...
Delete your email addy as someone could spam you and its against the forum rules to provide it in the forum....;)

Dont delete them from your shared folder in Limewire, because it will delete it from your computer completely...

so if i want them to delet from ma pc foreva then i just delete them ne way?
