I am not really good with all of this computer stuff....I am really just looking to download music so if anyone knows a good place for that please let me know...

It´s not easy to answer you question, every programm has its advantages/disadvantages!

Check the Top 10 at zeropaid.com, read the comments, (ignore the rocks/sucks) and you should get an overview!

I only would say, try an Gnutella-Client! (you can find them at gnutelliums.com!)
