Question New outgoing connection?

In limewire you can add outgoing connections, if you have more outgoing connections, you will be able to search faster and download faster. But where do I find the URLs of the gnutella servers.

I don't fully understand the gnutella protocol, but I understood that there are GWebCaches. I want to learn to set up one myself if it's legal in the Netherlands.

So my questions are really: where do I find the URLs of gnutella servers?
Where can I find more information on setting up a gnutella web cache myself?
How does, accept for Ultrapeers and gwebcaches the gnutella network work?
I understood that people host files with limewire and that the gwebcaches search everyone's computers for files and that ultrapeers speed up the searching too. Can someone explain some stuff to me?

Thx in advance,

Alain

there are NO gnutella servers...end of discussion...

there are hosts (individual users) are on the gnutella network and those who are currently running in UP mode are cached as a data file so that when you try and reconnect to the network at a later date you have a better chance of quickly connecting....
