troubles with connection

Ok I have been using Limewire for a long time and never had any problems. Now I can not connect, it just sits there attempting to connect, can someone help please. I have moved to frostwire and still no luck. Here is more information

1. OS version? XP, Vista, and Fedora
2. What firewalls you have? no software firewalls running
3. How much ram? XP-1GB, vista-2gb fedora-1gb
4. Hard Disk space available? Each machine has at least 40gbs free
5. Connection type? DSL
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? modem actiontech gt701 with firewall behind that Fortinet 60B firewall appliance
7. Where are you trying to connect from? My own house..
8. What version of Frostwire (FW) & Java do you have? Latest of Java(jre 1.6.0_03), and FW version 4.13.4
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Qwest
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? I get "your test worked"
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? yes, but I have isolated one pc at a time even attempting to give the pc a public ip address just to go around firewall for testing
12. Is this a your 1st try at FW or is this a new problem with an experienced user? I'm quite experienced.. I've been doing this for a couple of years
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of FW's interface? Yes I do.. It has allways been there...
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? modem is in bridge mode
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? avg antivirus
16. What country are you living in? U.S.A

Little information on my firewall policy. I have a any/any outbound policy. Restriction for inbound, but for testing I created a any/any inbound policy(basically making the firewall useless) and still it will not connect.

I set each pc up one at a time with an external ip address and plugged in the switch between my firewalls and my dsl modem so the pc was out on the internet with nothing stopping the connection.

I have tested for spoffed packets and packet injection for rest connection calls in case qwest is doing like comcast has been caught doing. Everything looks fine there.

I have used Limewire for years and upgraded to the newest version. since then I can not connect so I moved to frostwire and still no luck. Only older versions of limewire I can find does not offer MD5 sum check so I will not install from that source.

Please if anyone can offer any suggestions please let me know. I have tried and checked everything I know to do and still does not work.
