Newbie needs help

I down loaded a program but unable to install it. I keep getting the msg installer error 1:2803 2:setupError 3: 4: 5: 6

I down load the same program from different people, can anyone tell me what's wrong here. Thanks

either a bad download.. or your win config is bad
