How to upload a uncompleted files

Hai, Hope to get a good assistance from all of you,outside there. I have a question ; as how to upload my uncompleted files.

Go to LW's library, click on Incomplete Files. Highlight a file & click Resume...they'll sit at 0% until they find sources, then the download should resume from where it left off.
