Why Completed When Not Completed? On occassion, while downloading, the file will stop and state "Complete" when it is apparent its not. |
When that happens, it usually means that the person you're downloading from didn't finish downloading the file from someone else. So you completed downloading the person's incomplete file. |
Are you sure about that? It typically states that the file is larger than what it stops at and sometimes I can resume file download until true completion and other times I just get a request push. |
