error: http 503?

i get error: http 503 when i try to download some files. what does that mean? i also get http 404 sometimes, that means that the file doesnt exist right?

I'm not sure what 503 means. 404 means file not found.

503 means "Maximum Uploads reached", the host computer isn't allowing more people to get files
