On a Debian Sarge system, this package is required to backward compatibility to get the new LimeWire Pro 2.9.8 working:
libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1_2.91.66-4.deb

Then
cd /usr/local/LimeWire
java -jar RunLime.jar
