Default Help with installation

Hi, I have been trying to install LimeWire all day, and so far no success. =( here is what i have:

[professorx@localhost ~]$ uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.9-1.681_FC3 #1 Thu Nov 18 15:10:10 EST 2004 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux

and here when i try to install using LimeWireLinux.bin i get:

[professorx@localhost ~]$ ./LimeWireLinux.bin
Preparing to install...
tail: `-1' option is obsolete; use `-n 1'
Try `tail --help' for more information.
./LimeWireLinux.bin: line 326: [: `)' expected, found -z

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/zerog/lax/LAX

Since I don't know much about the java stuff, i don't really know which java to download. In my /usr/java, I ended up having a few different ones:

[professorx@localhost java]$ pwd
/usr/java
[professorx@localhost java]$ ls
j2re1.4.2_05 j2re1.4.2_06 j2sdk1.4.2_06 jre1.5.0
[professorx@localhost java]$

I don't know if this is the reason why i'm having trouble with the installation. i have changed my path using vi in the .bin file by adding /usr/java/jre1.5.0/bin, but still same err messages showed up. So, if someone knows what's wrong with it, please help me figure it out. Thank you.
