Thank you, I re-started it and got a full open, and re-ran the command and got this:

14788 pts/2 S+ 0:18 java -Dorg.apache.commons.logging.Log=org.apache.commons .logging.impl.NoOpLog -jarLimeWire.jar
15317 pts/3 S+ 0:00 grep LimeWire
