No luck with installation in Mandrake 8.1
 

I get an error that says:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/zerog/lax/LAX

I think I've tried everything everyone suggected on the board. I have jre1.3.1 and I have already set a path to it. I'm sorry if someone already posted and answer it, I must have missed it.

Installation
 

A few people have had that problem. I don't know what causes it. Ideally you'd want the installer to work. However, if you can't find a solution you can try this alternative method of installing LimeWire:

I have mandrake 8.1 and will not be jumping thru hoops for a poxy P2P gnutella client!
