Unhappy So close!

Ok, after hours of fooling around with things on my own I finally found this helpful board and got limewire installed, yay! However, after running the initial setup, whenever I try to run limewire I get the little splash screen (the one with limes on it) then nothing happens. =( I installed LimeWire to my root home directory, and I 've tryed running it both as root and a regular user, I get the same results in both cases. PLEASE HELP ME!

Thanx,

Default Also...

I should have also included the message that I get when I try to run LimeWire in my last post. It looks like so:
LimeWire: line 1: 3952 Segmentation fault "/usr/java/jre1.3.1_01/bin/java" com.zerog.lax.LAX "/root/LimeWire/LimeWire.lax" "/tmp/env.properties.3899"

If you haven't figured it out by now, I'm n00b to the core! Thanks again in advance for any help/suggestions.

Try entering 'ulimit -s 2048' before running limewire. There's a page buried somewhere within the labyrinth that is Sun's website that explains the bug and gives that as a workaround--hopefully it should help.
