Default Scheduling Limeware

l'am running limewire effectively on Linux Redhat 8 and my connection is good 256k.l need to know how to create a script to automatically start limewire in the evening and continue downloading pending downloads and stop limewire in the morning b4 l came in the office

I need to avoid using it during the day since the network gets too slow

Is there anyone how can help me with writing of such script ?
