Swam downloads with Linux version?

Since Kazaa killed the linux client I'm moved over to LimeWire. With Swarm.. from what I thought I read, it downloads from more then one location at a time.... this doesn't seam to be working. Also once the person I'm downloading from disconnects, the file no longer trys to download from anyone else, even if I do a search and find another host, or more then 1 host.

So basicly... do I understand Swarm correctly.. and is it even working with the linux version?

swarmed downloading is not implemented in the same way it is in fasttrack. its based on if the hosts are good enough to do a swarmed download from. so even though you may have a grouped item with 50 different hosts. only 2 of them may be available for swarmed downloading.

I think that once Huge/hashes are implemented that we will see swarming much like that of FastTrack and eDonkey2000. Anyone have any idea on how this is coming along? If I'm not mistaken, then I believe Bearshare has already implemented hashes.
