how can I run the Line Wire?

I've just installed the Linux version. How can I run the program?

The readme mentions two methods to start LimeWire

In the LimeWire directory type "sh runLime.sh" at the command prompt. Java has to be in your PATH. Or you can type "java -jar RunLime.jar".
