Video going crazy at times
 

Every now and then, limewire screws up the way mail.app or explorer are displayed on screen. Sometimes certain portions don't get updated and limewire shows through instead of the frontmost application. I have to hide limewire and then everything looks normal again. Anyone else?

Absolutely true, I have had video lag, artefacts such as broken up windows and pull down menus etc.
Limewire is very poorly engineered for OsX.

I am seeing the same thing- no OS X apps except classic ones will display in front of limewire.

I think this is an Apple Java bug related to their Java acceleration for OS 10. I think Limewire is one of the _best_ engineered Java apps for 10- it even places the pref menu item under the app menu. These things don't happen by accident folks. Thanks for making an excellant OS 10 application limewire.

If I open up mail.app for example, it won't even show up until I hide limewire. Explorer sometimes looks OK but generally has some parts of the window missing if limewiere is visible when I launch explorer. Other apps have varying display issues when limewire is open. I never had this problem until 2.3 came out.

I still have to hide limewire if I want to open mail.app while limewire is in the front. Video display is still screwed up big time in 2.4.1 pro.
