if any of you have third party ram installed on your macs it is now well known that they are faulty. the computer kernel waits for an instruction from the ram and, it being flawed ram, does not ever complete the task so your screen reads "waiting for remote debugger connection" all you can do is grind your teeth and purchase, new, apple certified ram.
if you don't have thrid party ram you should report the exact text on your screen to apple or to this bulletin and i will gladly see if i can help
