Can't quit LimeWire

No really.
When I try to quit Limewire it just does nothing and hides itself in the dock but remains open. I'm always force-quitting Limewire. Does anyone has an idea why this is?

i have same problem closing limewire, it only shuts down when force quit.

Oooops, ok here's what to do...

Go into preferences > shutdown > select shutdown immediately (instead of after transfer)
