Mpeg's

We are able to download MPG files with a cable or modem next to it.
We somehow are not able to download MPG's or MPEG'S with T3 or T1 next to it.
We have gone into LimeWire options and chosen the download speed for T3 and T1, but still no luck?
We keep getting the message:

Can't Open File Because A SoftWare Component Needed By The Movie Could Not Be Found?
We love LimeWire and have lots of access to items, but we don't know why, on this particular video download, we aren't able to access...
