uninstall / reinstall problem

for some reason, limewire started freezing my mac osx whenever I launched it. I uninstalled successfully and then tried putting the application in the trash - but it won't let me. I can't seem to re-install. Any suggestions Tony or others?

Love the program - just trying to get it to work again.
