 On Mac OS X, "Options" is in the application menu - the one that says "LimeWire" in bold text. LimeWire will only share files with extensions that are on its list of approved extensions to share. You have control over this list, which is also in the Sharing pane of the Options window. Give your QuickTime movie a qt or mov extension so LimeWire will share it with the default settings.
