problems downloading

When I try to download a file, the message "Could not move to library" appears. Any advice on how to remedy this?

Guess it was a freak thing cuz everything's cool now.

Cannot move to Library

Hi

The bad news is that your experience was not a freak occurrence. It is an all too common event during downloading. There are a number of reasons for it (if you are interested, you can read through the other threads on this topic). The developers are aware of its increasing incidence and, when other more pressing problems are resolved, aim to fix it. If you have a half-downloaded file, you can sometimes get round the problem by repeating the search, then killing and restarting in the usual way. But if the problem was corrupted elements in the download, the only option is to throw the incomplete file away and start again.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try your advice if I encounter the same problem again.
