Hi all. The up and download "stutter" is being looked at by jum (Jens-Uwe Mager), for one. It doesn't happen for everybody.

thasquintz, maybe you can help. Have you been watching the stats that graph uploads and downloads?

Disabling Ultrapeer helps too.
