 What I did Well, I went the the website you indicated and added a new admin user but I still could not get to the folder. But I still followed his direction and booted up in OS 9. While in OS 9 I was able to access the shared folder, move the files out of the shared folder and into a folder on my OS X desktop. After booting up in OS X and after all the files were out of the shared folder I was able to access the shared folder and the new folder I created for the files I pulled out of old shared folders. Strange, I know. And I did run the disk utility a number of times.  Belroyce  |
