Overnight Bandwidth Plunge

Hi All,
Having run Limewire 3.6.15 successfully since the update, I now find some major problems with achieiving any download speed at all.

Running a DSL over my a linux server with no firewire and completing downloads as expected of around 25-30kb/s, i know lavish in the luxury of watching Limewire slug it while hovering at 1-0kb/s. I have a G5 dual 2GHz with 10.3.1.

God i love it when time remaining for an mp3 is around 15hours!!!

Any help would be apreciated.
