Have lost my Shared folder - HELP

Am new to LimeWire...found I had a lot of uploads going on (seemed to slow down my iMac ) so I clicked File/Stop Sharing Folder, and it's disappeared! Have removed LimeWire twice, re installed...but still the same problem.

Thanks for any help on this, Paul
