New Limewire can't connect/search
 

I'm using Panther 10.3.2 and I was using an earlier version of Limewire that worked fine. But I installed Limewire 3.6.15 and now in the search tab the search button is permanently fogged out.
At the top of the window it says,
"Limewire: Enabling open information sharing (Disconnected/no files available).

I've tried hitting 'connect' from the 'file' drop down menu, but nothing happens.

In the Connections window a constant stream of IP addresses, each with 'connecting...' file down the window.

Any ideas what's wrong, anybody?
