All right, I'll let you in on this little secret: go to Apply Themes under the View tab on the top of the screen; the submenu that appears lets you apply different themes=skins.

under view i dont have an apply themes i just have monitor, connections and library

Upgrade to the latest version. Or, you're looking at View -> Show/Hide. Instead, look at View -> Apply Themes.

my themes work but now it unexpectetly quits
 
thanks your advice fixed the themes problem i downloaded the update and now as soon as i click later on the go pro "popup" it unexpectedly quits.

What version were you using previously? You may also try using the latest beta (3.9.2) which may have fixed the problem .

I did not know what i was running but now i am running MAC OS X 3.8.10 and it quits right after i click later on the go pro popup

I also tried the beta version but it still does not work
