 It slows down your dlds because you're using up too much bandwidth trying to get more uploads/higher uploads speeds (or something) than you really can. Your set up is all wrong. I suggest reading this: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...6376#post86376 This helped ME a great deal: max dld speed reached up to now=125KBps Uploads are doing fine... ursula, you're an angel!!
