load limewire

Hey everyone.I have 4.0/I upgraded to 4.26.all of a sudden when i hit the the icon nothing happens.I CALLED ROUTER TO OPEN ALL PORTS AND THAT DIDN'T FIX PROBLEM ANY SUGGESTIONS.PLEASE HELP
