Which discs to burn & PAL/NTSC query?
 

Hi there,
In the process of tying to create DVD's (for tv/dvd player use) and I have a couple of queries...if someone can help please?

Which are the right discs to use?
In the osx help it says:
"DVD-RW (DVD-Rewritable) discs hold about 4.7 GB of information on each side. so thats what help says, but looking through the forum I have seen it said that they are ok to use??
Whats the position there?

On the PAL/NTSC thing, I have also read that you can tell if a file is PAL because the fps rate is 25..
The only info I could find about my files is that they are 24fps.. Is that also PAL?
I ask because I believe that when I convert them, the exported file must match the original? Not sure though...
