Macintosh, OS 10.4

Hi, I'm new, and new to Limewire, does anyone know if the software is available for the new operating system 10.4.1, using Safari, I don't get the download page. I get it on my old mac running OS 9.2.2.. either the pro or basic. thanx a bunch. Lilly

Yes LW works on Tiger. Good idea to have a look around the Mac OSX sections to see what issues others have had with using LW on Tiger.
Not sure why you can't get the downld page. http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml Oh it might be wise to kill Safari's history & cache if you've had problems accessing the page. But if you can't access it then try another browser. If you're still an up to date pro user you can access your personal downld page HERE using your email address you registered under. Hope this helps. ;) :)

Hi gadams1967. So what happens when you attempt to open LW? Can we have some more details.

LW and Tiger

It looks as if the application starts up and the taskbar shows that it is running. The menu Limewire is there but no windows and nothing happens. The only way to get it to quit is to force quit. I have tried it a couple times from complete install (OS) with the same results.
