 okay, I somehow fixed that "problem" I had about LImewire not recoginizing I had a firewall. But something else has come up. When I start off a download, it starts at about 45KB/s, but then over the next 10-20 seconds drops to 0KB/s. If I stop the download and resume it, I'll start off at 45KB/s, hover for a few seconds, and then drop down to 0KB/s again. What's going on??  |
