Can't download the OSX LW installer

When I click on the OSX install link it doesn't download. The classic installer will download to my desktop but the OSX won't. Does any one know why this might be happening? I'm running 10.2.8.

Don't use Netscape. Use Safari to downld the installer. I noticed that issue a couple of days ago.
