How do I download the items in my Incomplete Folder?

What do I need to do so I can download the items in my Incomplete Folder?

They became incomplete when I downloaded LW 4.9.2, which I have now discarded.

I don't have any tabs and double clicking doesn't work in my Incomplete folder.

I'm using MAC OS10.3.9
