![]() I just paid, again, for LimeWire Pro just to make sure that I am within the sic month limit for support for LimwWire Pro users. When I go to the "Support" window, I am asked for my email address under which I bought LimeWire Pro. I do this and then "submit" it only to be taken to the LimeWire Pro downloads window. Am I under the false assumption that support for LimeWire Pro people is the same as that for Basic users? At the bottom of the support window, it tells me that I should go to the Forums for support. I don't understand this. Why two DIFFERENT support options id they really only want me to use the Forums that everyone else gets to use? |
