Bradlwlk, welcome to Gnutella forums.

Do you mean you cannot define a search keyword -and therefore performs a search- or does the search completes, but you cannot select any file for download ?

By the way, could tell us the release of java you're running ?

Brad,

(1) could you repair permissions on your drive
Open Disk Utility (/Applications/Utilities/). Select your Mac OS X startup volume in the column on the left of the Disk Utility window, then click the First Aid tab. Click the Repair Disk Permissions button
When finishes, close DU and logout

(2) if this not helps, could you create a new user on your machine, logon as this new user, install LW and test

Well, my goal is to detect if something going wrong with your settings (as a user, even if you're alone/the admin on this machine) or with the system (mostly JAVA or firewall) itself

Last year, I was using LW on a SunSparcStation, so I would not think the NFS volume you use can be the culprit.
