Hey i'm having a bit a problem i bought lw pro about three or four months ago and since then i upgraded computers now i have a laptop but i forgot my username and password. Who do i talk to or how do i get that information back??

BTW LW sales support send an email with your link to your personal download page for pro. See if you still have it. And remember next time to bookmark the page. They give discounts to renew Pro over last month of 6 month period.

i Paid The One Time Fee For The Pro Version. On September 19 The Popped Up On My Computer Screen And Said Their Was A Newer Version. And Clicking On It Caused The Free Version To Erase Mt Paid Version. That Pissed Me Off Because Why Would They Take Off Something You Pay For?
