Ok.. I think I missunderstood ... I thought you had paid for basic and were getting asked to pay again for pro ... sorry about that.

These forums are not the pro support. They are not officially connected to limewire, but some of the moderators work for Limewire and much of the help here is as good if not better than the official support.

I notice that there was a constructive reply to your other thread and herein may well lie your solution.

It is possible that your isp or some part of your system is blocking certain ports and if you do as was suggested this may cure your problem.

If not give us some more details ..particularly of your connection , isp, router or modem and Firewalls and we will get you up and running.

Alternatively go to http://sales.limewire.com/support/? Type in the e-mail address you used to purchase pro and you should be taken to a page saying "How can we help you today" If this does not happen please let us know what does happen
