oh right i couldn't download it in both safari and firefox (although in safari it kind of dl'ed but i just didn't get the file). in firefox it sent the download off to iGetter and iGetter promtly downloaded the attachment html file. it did remind me of a set up problem though -- i remember in explorer you could set different actions for a whole load of different file types -- i don't see that kind of option in safari anywhere though. i haven't looked in firefox.

anyway not easy to dl zip attachments on here that's for sure.

Hi, I am new here and not sure where to post.... I got sick of the 'upgrade to pro' meassage so decided to download it. I am running Mac OSX and the upgrade hasn't worked. The same 'upgrade to pro' box keeps coming up each time LW opens even though I have forked out for it??!! Can anyone help?

When you purchase Pro, the sales support team send you an email with a link to your personal download page. Check your email. ;) Bookmark your personal download page when you get it. :)

A little more information in post 2 & 3 here: Upgrading to V 4.18 (click on link), so it shows where your download link is also found on your receipt.

BTW creating a new thread topic would have been the way to go. ;)
