What type of file are you talking about? What file extension does it have? Are you trying to drag & drop from LW or from the LW downld folder? You can't drag & drop from LW. You need to find the file in the folder & drag it from there. Also, if you select the wrong format option in Toast for that type of file, it won't let you add such files to it.

You still haven't answered my questions. It's hard to help without more details to understand why that should be happening.

What type of files are you wanting to burn & what type of disk?

The only part of Toast that's green is an arrow in the Copy disk section.

There is no + sign when you add something to Toast. Toast has a main window. Just drag & drop the files onto the main window.

I have a suspicion you are trying to drag the files from the LimeWire (LW) window to Toast. You can't do that with mac LW to Toast. Below is a sample image animation gif of adding files to Toast. Just drag & drop onto the main window.

To access your LW downld files to you can add to Toast: For fast & easy access, go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) & the folder will open up for you.

I can confirm that what you were trying to do was add the files by dragging & dropping from LW's Library window. That's where the green + sign comes from. And no it doesn't work. I wonder whether perhaps you're getting confused with the windows LW adding to iTunes.
