Trouble adding my own content
 

Hi! I was on a few days ago with this same problem. I haven't been able to get it corrected yet. The problem is that I'm trying to add 100+ sample clips from my own website to spread around - and no one seems to be able to upload them. All files are small. They have all been activated for sharing within my Limewire folder the largest being 12,739 KB. Nothing! I was able to contact a few people through chat and they were nice enough to attempt uploading from me - but they kept getting 0 KB/s. One person was able to get 12% of only one video.

I'm on a Mac G4 - OSX. I normally have an upload speed (to my own website) of 190 - 210 KB/s. I'm on cable modem and everyone (including myself) can upload and download other shared files with ease. Why is this happening?

It's working now but expect the occasional outage as AT&T (who provides the
backbone connection for your ISP) will occasionally block P2P (secretly) to
cheap out on bandwidth.

Thank you very much! I saw you uploading and you had decent speed. Good to know about ATT&T. Question: Is the "speed" shown reflecting my end - or your end as the uploader?

My end is capable of over 1 Mbps. Your end appears to be capable of a steady 256 K.
