Limewire to iTunes

I had the free version of LW and it used to download directly to iTunes. Have upgraded to LW Pro v4.x, now the songs won't go directly there OR can't drag and drop in to that folder. Any ideas? Is there a way to burn a CD directly from LW? Thanks.

Have you tried this?

Open iTunes...file...add folder to library...browse for folder that contains your limewire downloads

You cannot burn a CD from Limewire. Stick with iTunes.

Good Luck

Thanks - when I browse, Limewire folder is grayed out. Browsing from iTunes.

Now I see the "new" folder in Finder and I can see it in Limewire, but it doesn't show up in iTunes. OUCH!

Are you trying to create a new folder for downloads and add it to iTunes? iTunes won't show the folder, per se...only the files contained in that folder. For example, I have music in the My Music folder, but when I open iTunes, I do not see a folder titled 'My Music.' I just see a general 'music' tab that will show all music files in the folders that I have told iTunes to look in. Hope this isn't too confusing
